PRINTING | CUTTING | PACKING
The stock is inspected repeatedly during the Printing, Coating and Cutting process to ensure there’s no marks, uneven cuts or misprints on each sheet After the production process is completed, the cards are shrink wrapped and sealed upon inspection.
PRE-SHUFFLED
Once production is completed, goods will be transferred to an individual room equipped with shuffle machines and CCTV. A well-trained staff will be assigned to operate the shuffle machines.Once shuffle process is finished, the report will be displayed on the screen and be printed out.
